I AM NOT A CEO

If you’re not a CEO and you still ended up here, this page is for you.
Maybe you’re an employee, a freelancer, a student, a parent, a person who just feels like the world is speeding up in ways that don’t always feel human. You’re not the one signing the AI contracts, but you’re the one living inside the consequences.

NeoHumxn.io isn’t only about boardrooms. It’s about naming the world that lands on your body, your calendar, your nervous system. “Orientational Intelligence” (OI) is just a fancy way of saying: look around, see the pattern, and stop calling it “normal” when it’s actually a design choice.

OI is a lens you can use in your everyday life:

  • When your workplace keeps “optimising” and your day gets more cramped, not calmer.
  • When every app wants more of your data and attention, and calls it “personalisation”.
  • When care work, manual work and emotional labour are treated as invisible, but everything on a screen is treated as “real work”.

You don’t need to know machine learning to feel when a system is quietly dehumanising you. What NeoHumxn.io tries to do is give you language and maps for that feeling – so you can say “this is automation-first” or “this is rehumanised” instead of just “I guess this is how it is now.”

Over time, this page will point to practical things: questions you can ask at work, ways to read your company’s “transformation” slides, and personal prompts for checking your own orientation (What world am I reinforcing by going along with this? Which one do I actually want to live in?).

For now, if you’re not a CEO, start here:

  • Read the Orientational Intelligence lens as a tool for your own life, not just for strategy decks.
  • Look at the automation-first vs rehumanised operating models and ask: which one does my world feel like right now?

You don’t have to run the system to start seeing it. And once you see it, you’re not powerless – you’re oriented.
